- Versatile
- Although it is primarily used to clean smokehouses, it may be effectively used for other heavy-duty cleaning in both steam cleaning and high-pressure/hot water equipment.
- Water diluent
- Foaming Smokehouse Cleaner has synthetic detergents and emulsifiers that enable it to perform equally well in hard or soft water conditions. Dilutes 2-6 ounces to a gallon.
- Color-coded
- Product and labeling is color-coded orange caustic cleaner for easy use with other color-coded Zep food systems products.
- Biodegradable
- Foaming Smokehouse Cleaner contains only biodegradable detergents and emulsifiers.

DESCRIPTION
A heavy-duty self-foaming cleaner formulated to clean smokehouse surfaces without the need to add “foam booster”. It is composed of caustic detergents, water softening agents, soil suspending agents, and foam stabilizers.
